What’s been happening:

I have been working for the restaurant company Outback Steakhouse for the past 15 years. I have had the opportunity to move into different positions with the company-from training locally in BOH operations in Philadelphia to a national level, which moved me to Salt Lake City, and most currently to an international level in Atlanta. I now am involved in all operations and training for our restaurants around the world. We are in 20 different countries-and I have the opportunity to visit them all! I truly have friends around the world that I enjoy spending time with and working with every day.
